Injection Molding

Since 1988, the year Good Mark has been founded, the company has grown up to be a group of precision mold making plants, injection molding plants and painting plants. In injection molding section, we have over 400 injection machines ranging from 7 tons to 460 tons. Some of them are high-speed injection machines and double injection machines. All injection machines are equipped with robot arms, automatic raw material supplying system to achieve fully automated production.

Injection Machine

We have over 300 injection electro-hydraulic injection machines imported from Germany and Japan, ranging from 7 to 460 tons. They can produce products originated from any type of plastic and modified polymer.

High-speed Injection Machine

In order to suit the criteria of thin wall product injection, Good Mark has introduced over 10 Japan-made high-speed injection machines. They are mainly used for molding medical care products, LGP (Light Guide Plate), micro-motor and other thin wall products.

Double Injection Machine

To satisfy with the requirement of dual material or dual color material molding, the company has equipped with double injection machines, which suit certain high-end customers’ unusual needs.

Clean Room

Class 10000 clean rooms in Good Mark include dust free molding plants and dust free quarantine zone. They are specialized for producing high precision gear, LGP, lens, pure white products, etc.
